Two perspectives. One problem families kept facing.
Nicole and Khay saw the same problem from two different angles.
Nicole, working with older adults and their families, kept hearing the same question after estate plans and other preparations were complete:
“Now what? Where does Mom go?”
Khay, with a background in real estate, saw families struggling with another side of the same transition — selling homes, downsizing, coordinating moves, and trying to make major decisions while already under pressure.
They realized families did not need another disconnected service. They needed a guide who could help them understand the living options, coordinate the transition, and connect the pieces around it.
Ageless Compass was created to help families move forward with clarity, compassion, and dignity.
Why Ageless Compass Exists
We started Ageless Compass because we saw families struggling to navigate the living and care-community maze — overwhelmed by options, confused by pricing, and making decisions under pressure.
We believe no family should have to navigate that transition alone.
Ageless Compass exists to guide families home with clarity, compassion, and expertise — from understanding appropriate living options to coordinating the move and connecting trusted next-step resources.

Nicole leads family intake, placement guidance, community tours, move-in logistics, vendor coordination, administration, and transition planning. She serves as a steady point of contact for families as they move from uncertainty toward a clear plan.
Khay
Co-Founder & Real Estate Director / Client Success Director
Khay brings a real estate and client-relations perspective to Ageless Compass, supporting property-related transition needs, evaluations, community relationships, negotiations, tours, and client success.
Any real estate services requiring licensure should be described and delivered through the appropriate licensed real estate relationship/entity.
